Permanent Part-Time - 25 Hours per week
Monday to Friday - 6:00am- 9:00am start each day (non-negotiable), other hours flexible
Band 5 – Starting from $80,410.06 + super (pro rata)

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years Workforce Supervisor to join our Early Years Unit in a part-time, permanent role, with hands-on learning, mentorship and future career progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
As an Early Years Workforce Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting council's dedicated pool of casual early childhood professionals. Your expertise and leadership will contribute significantly to the growth and development of our youngest citizens, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.
The purpose of this role is to:
- Support the services and leadership teams on a daily basis to be resourced with educators in accordance with Education and Care regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on labour usage
- Engage in the recruitment processes for the unit
- Supervise the Casual Pool
- Support the unit with implementing our Workforce Plan.
