We're seeking an outstanding writer with excellent project and issues management skills to join Yarra's Advocacy and Engagement branch.
The Strategic Communications Advisor will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of some significant organisation-wide strategic projects, with a special focus on sustainability, waste and recycling.
The successful applicant will have excellent writing skills and the ability to present complex information in an accessible and engaging way, have experience producing content for a range of communications channels including print, website, social media, video and EDMs, and be able to identify any emerging issues.
This role has a specific focus on communicating with our community on our most important and fundamental services - waste and recycling. We're looking for someone who can manage complex communications projects, build strong and positive working relationships and who enjoys a challenge.
You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team and cross-organisational working group, develop engaging and creative content and work in a dynamic and issues-rich environment.
