About the Role
The Open Space Infrastructure Officer is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of a cost-effective service delivery with a commitment to quality Open Space and customer service.
As the Open Space Infrastructure Officer, you will play a key role in multi-disciplinary team, provide contract and contractor management skills, project management and strategic advice.
Working directly alongside the Coordinator Open Space Management and Maintenance to ensure the delivery of all Open Space Maintenance and Arboriculture services within the City of Yarra in a safe and effective manner in conjunction.
Promote good public relations regarding the maintenance of public Open Space and its impact on residents and ensure the satisfactory management of customer service and interface while being a member of the Open Space Management and Maintenance team and contribute to the development and achievement of Unit.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with suitable experience in Open Space Infrastructure Project management with a focus on turf upgrades and sportsgrounds management projects to help deliver outcomes in The City Works Branch.
This may include the coordination and implement the delivery of turf upgrades and sportsgrounds management projects within the Open Space Management and Maintenance projects from inception to completion while maintaining turf performance and presentation standards appropriate to the site’s usage.
