Administration Officer - Home Care Rostering

Temporary Full Time – until 30 June 2022 (Flexible)

Band 5 - $74,154 - $85,985 + super + RDO

The Aged and Disability Services Branch helps older people and people with a disability to live independently in their own homes and the community.

We are looking for a person with strong customer service, rostering and administrational skills to join the Home Care Team.

The Administration Officer - Home Care Rostering is the central point of contact for Home Care Clients and for providing supervision, support and guidance to a small team of Home Care Workers. The role is is responsible for ensuring rosters are prepared in a manner that reflects the best possible outcomes for the needs of clients and workers.

You will have a variety of tasks to attend to daily so strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks will be paramount for your success in the role.

The service supports a diverse group of clients so you will be flexible in your approach and have strong ability to relate to older residents, those with a disability and carers.

You will be proactive to ensure smooth team operations and have solid record keeping skills.
