Join Yarra City Council’s Organisational Development team to help shape how we learn and collaborate together to build a better Yarra.
To ensure the employee experience is at the heart of what we do, we need a team player that completely understands the employee centred design mindset and approach, especially in relation to delivering Organisational Development projects and programs.
Key to this role is the support and delivery of learning opportunities across the organisation. As you will be part of a design and delivery team providing end-to-end support, you will need be an idea generator, great organiser, details focused and have an empathetic yet constructive approach to providing expert advice.
The right candidate for this opportunity will have:
- Knowledge of best practice Organisational Development learning frameworks and principles
- Well-developed project implementation skills that support culture change and learning programs across diverse groups
- Very good analytical and problem solving ability to achieve win-win solutions
- Appetite for continuous learning and an ability to translate research and ideas into practical and tangible outcomes
- Well-developed influencing skills and the ability to inspire and maintain positive relationships
