Project Support Officer - Building Services
Temporary Full-time to 30 November 2026

The Building Services team are undertaking a project to review data and prepare new and updated reporting.
We are seeking someone who loves problem solving, has a good attention to detail and enjoys working in a team.
In the role you will assist the team undertake a review and update of data associated with its building enforcement functions. This includes correcting errors, closing out completed matters and validating the accuracy of data. This is to support the implementation of an audit recommendation to improve the reporting functions of the Unit.
Other general administrative tasks to support the team may also be required to be provided from time to time.
If you are someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills, have knowledge of regulatory services and office administration and records management experience then we'd love to hear from you.
The role is based at Richmond Town Hall.
