Manager Building & Capital Works 

Full Time (Flexible)

Maximum Term Contract - 5 years

Competitive remuneration package of approximately $200,000, commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, qualifications and expertise

Outstanding opportunity exists to join our dynamic and collaborative team to strategically lead Council’s important work.

Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure & Environment, the Manager Buildings & Capital Works will form part of the senior leadership team of the Council. You will work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders (including the executive management team and Council) to help develop and then to deliver Council’s strategic and operational priorities. 

You’ll bring a creative problem-solving approach to a range of interesting and complex projects. You’ll flourish in these important roles if you’re creative, prefer significant roles in changing environment and enjoy working in an organisation with a balance of capital works, strategic and operational projects.
