Permanent- Part-Time (21.25 hours per week) - working 2 in 4 Saturdays

Band 4 - $72,735.56 + super (Pro-Rata)

Yarra Libraries is looking for extraordinary customer service officers to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service in line with our strategic vision. Positions include regular shifts on evenings and Saturday mornings and are expected to work across all five branches and outreach locations as required.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Performing rostered library customer service shifts and associated frontline tasks (circulation and collection maintenance) that support customers in a self-service environment
  • Support the development and delivery of regular library services, programs and events that meet identified needs and interests within the community, including but not limited to digital literacy, early literacy and reader development.
