Band 8– $125,815.25 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full-time 38 hours per week only)

About the Role
The Senior Co‑ordinator Statutory Planning leads a high‑performing statutory planning team and delivers responsive, customer‑focused planning services that support quality development outcomes across the municipality.
Reporting to the Manager Statutory Planning, this role oversees complex planning applications, provides expert advice on the Planning Scheme, represents Council at VCAT as required, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery, governance, and team capability.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate with excellent understanding of the Victorian Planning controls and experience in managing a diverse team of statutory planners to help deliver great outcomes in Statutory Planning.
