Permanent - Full Time Position (Flexible)

Band 6 - starting at $94,850.87 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

City of Yarra are seeking a dynamic and innovative Internal Communications Advisor to join our Strategic Communications and Engagement team. In this role, you will support the Strategic Communications Partner in developing and delivering internal communication strategies that drive engagement and enhance service excellence across the organisation.

You will lead the implementation of creative and effective internal communications programs, provide expert advice to internal stakeholders, manage key projects, and help administer the Council's intranet. This role requires strong political judgment, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to a high-performing team aligned with Council’s strategic goals and values.
