Band 6 starting from - $94,850.87 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Development, Equity and Inclusion team and play an integral role in building the workforce capability across the organisation through design, coordination and delivery of key initiatives and projects. This includes managing professional development, compliance training, onboarding, and wellbeing programs, overseeing the Learning Management System, and responding to learning-related enquiries and applications
 
To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge of best practice Organisational Development and learning frameworks and principles; very good analytical and problem-solving ability; the ability to successfully support culture and workplace change programs through well-developed project implementation skills; and be able to plan longer term and integrate wider organisation direction into your work.
