- Band 8 - starting at $122,746.59 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

What You'll Do:
- Champion Wellbeing: Lead the design, implementation, and continual enhancement of wellbeing programs that inspire employee engagement and promote mental, physical, and emotional health.
- Safety First: Oversee and ensure that all health and safety protocols are up to date, compliant with regulations, and tailored to our unique work environments.
- Innovate with Agility: Collaborate across departments to introduce innovative OHS initiatives that adapt to both changing workforce needs and industry trends.
- Support a Positive Culture: Be a key driver of a culture where safety is a shared responsibility, and wellbeing is embedded in the fabric of the company.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and insights to measure program effectiveness, track trends, and identify opportunities to improve overall employee health and safety.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for promoting holistic wellbeing and fostering a safe, healthy workplace.
- Experience in health and safety management, wellbeing initiatives, and creating agile, flexible programs.
- Ability to drive innovation and agility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building relationships and inspiring teams.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in health, safety, or wellbeing are a plus.
