- Temporary Full Time – until 7 May 2026 (Flexible)
- Band 6 - $94,850.87 + super + RDO

As a key member of our Talent team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of business units, providing expert guidance and support to ensure our recruitment practices align with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, from job creation to onboarding.
- Design and deliver targeted training sessions that educate Hiring Managers to align and succeed using our new recruitment process.
- Analyse workforce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in talent management practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and belonging through thoughtful recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a HR and Talent Management role, preferably within a local government, public sector or a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
