Economic Development has a rare and extremely exciting opportunity for the right person with a creative flare, business acumen and passion to see business thrive in Yarra, ensuring our business community not only feels supported by Council, but that Yarra becomes a preferred place to do business. The role is diverse in nature and will require you to wear multiple hats, be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and will challenge your problem solving and creative thinking skills.
We're looking for someone with a passion for economic development and experience in human-centred design thinking to develop and implement best practices across our award-winning program of business initiatives and programs.
This position includes regular work outside of the office, and you will need to work at alternative locations as required.
