Band 7 - $105,898.17 per annum + Super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)
We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and exceptional festivals leader to join the leadership team of the Libraries, Arts and Events branch. The Festivals and Events Coordinator brings together the administration and coordination of festivals and events across the organisation and provides strategic leadership to a robust service and dynamic team. The role manages a high performing team who work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners and stakeholders to drive a unified, streamlined and user-focussed approach to support a diverse ranges festivals and events in Yarra.
We are looking for an adaptive leader with specialist skills in festival administration and event coordination, with strong capabilities in leading teams, collaboration and relationship building. The role will drive and maintain partnerships with a range of external stakeholders to deliver positive community outcomes. This position is based at Collingwood Town Hall and may be asked to work at alternative locations as required.
