Venues Booking Officer

Permanent - Part Time Position (32 hours per week)

Band 4 - $70,961.52 - $76,364.20 + Super (pro rata)

This is a great opportunity join part of a customer driven team in a fast-paced administrative environment.

The Venues Booking Officer:

  • Provides customer service solutions to a high volume of phone and email enquiries from both external and internal customers
  • Manages the bookings process of the Council's hireable spaces. The role includes taking and managing bookings using our booking and event management system and providing information, reports and data as required.
  • Provides operational administration for events such as logistics, terms and conditions, invoicing and payment of hire facilities
  • Works with hirers and internal stakeholders to deliver events
  • Works closely with management and staff of all levels internally to deliver high quality servicing of town hall, meeting. library and community room bookings
