Band 5A (pro-rata) - $78,448.84 + Super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)
The Compliance and Parking Services Branch is seeking a motivated administration officer to assist the Compliance Administration Team. The Administration team provides the administrative functions and support for the entire branch and is also required to maintain accurate records and databases in Compliance and Parking Services to ensure the relevant legislation and Council’s Statutory obligations are met.
The successful applicant will have the:
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work productively in a team environment and autonomously and be flexible in the workplace and adapt to change.
- High-level customer service skills and professionalism in an environment of conflicting demands.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks, being able to prioritise and managing a reactive workload.
- Proven conflict management skills to assist in dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in using a multitude of software systems and programs including TechOne – P&R, Oracle and Microsoft Suite.
- The ability to interpret and assess permit applications in accordance with the relevant policies, regulations and precedents.
