Band 7 - $105,898.17 - $118,398.60 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

Join our vibrant procurement team as a Team Leader Procurement, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategic procurement processes and managing tenders, quotations, and contracts. With a strong focus on driving efficiency and delivering exceptional outcomes, you'll leverage your expertise in systems like Open Windows and Tech1. We are looking for a proactive professional with at least three years of supervisory experience, including managing direct reports in the procurement field.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and stay updated on Local Government Acts 2020 and best practices.
