The Parking Administration team is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a sound administrative background and strong interpersonal skills to work in a vibrant and challenging environment.
The position reports to the Parking Administration Team Leader, Compliance and Parking Services and is part of the City Sustainability and Strategy Division. To become part of our vibrant team the successful candidate will need to have the ability to communicate and work effectively in a team.
The key responsibilities include:
- A commitment to quality customer service and attention to detail;
- Be able to manage and assess Parking Permit applications and queries as well as assess and respond to Parking Infringement Internal Reviews with excellent time management skills;
- Manage a wide range of parking administration tasks as required.
- Ability to interpret the Road Safety Road Rules 2017 as well as other related legislation;
