Yarra Libraries is seeking a creative and experienced people leader to ensure customer service excellence and oversee day-to-day operations of Richmond Library. We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and experience in human-centred design thinking to develop and implement best practices across our award-winning and top-performing library service.
This position includes regular customer service shifts and may be asked to work at alternative locations as required.
Position Objectives
- Lead the team at Richmond Library and oversee day-to-day branch operations.
- Champion the library customer service portfolio by updating and implementing strategies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and efficient service delivery across all library locations and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of systems, resources and services.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of Yarra Libraries.
