Strategic Communications & Engagement 

Permanent Full Time (with flexible hours)

Band 5 – Starting from $80,410.06 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full-time 38 hours per week only)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a candidate with demonstrated website experience to help deliver outcomes in the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch. This may include 

Support the Website Team and Customer Experience Branch to understand the needs of business units across the organisation and implement solutions to CX issues.

Use reporting tools to support data-driven decision making on the performance of website and web content.

Support the implementation of customer experience (CX) improvements across Council’s website by applying user experience (UX) strategies, frameworks, and tools to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall performance.

Identify and support continuous improvement that enhances digital customer experiences.
