Permanent - Full Time Position (Flexible)
Band 7 - starting at $105,898.17 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

The City of Yarra’s City Works branch has an exciting opportunity for a passionate open space project manager to join the team!
The Open Space Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a range of minor and major capital works projects that improve Yarra’s open space network. Through the procurement and active management of consultants and contractors, the role will drive the delivery of open space planning, design and construction projects.
This dynamic role is best suited to a candidate that thrives working at speed, has an eye for detail and strong initiative. You’ll develop productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internal and external to Council and will work creatively to solve problems on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications and experience in landscape architecture, project management or construction management will help you succeed in the role. The ability to prepare and review high quality project documentation including design, contract and briefing documentation is critical.
