Executive Assistant to General Manager Community Strengthening
Full Time - Temporary – until March 2026 (Parental Leave Cover)
Band 6 - $94,850.87-$103,260.68+ super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

The City of Yarra is seeking to appoint a highly experienced, dynamic Executive Assistant to support the General Manager Community Strengthening to meet the evolving strategic and operational priorities of Council. The role:
- Provides leadership, direction and delivery of strategic and efficient administrative support to the General Manager Community Strengthening and the divisional Managers
- Ensures that all services provided by the General Managers Office are consistent and of a high standard.
- Acts as the primary interface on behalf of the General Manager Community Strengthening, liasing with internal and external stakeholders

We trust you will have experience in providing professional advisory, research and executive administrative support to an executive level position. The ability to manage a dynamic workload with competing priorities and handle complex and sensitive situations whilst providing excellent customer service is essential.
