Multiple part time Customer Service Officer positions available at City of Yarra!

1X Permanent part time - 30.5 hours per week (Mon - Wed, Fri) - Commencing ASAP

1x Permanent Part Time - 22.5 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) - commencing 6/01/2025 

1x Temporary Part Time - 30 hours per week (Tue-Fri) - commencing ASAP until end date 12/11/2025

1X Temporary Part Time - 15.2 hours per week (Wed and Fri) - commencing ASAP until end date 28/2/25

 

  • Band 4 - $70,961.52 - $76,364.20 (pro-rata) + super (pro rata)
  • Location split between Collingwood Townhall, Richmond Townhall, and WFH (as operationally required and following the Council Hybrid Working Policy)
  • Work hours between 8:00am to 5:15pm weekdays

The Customer Experience Branch interacts with all areas of Council as we assist the community in navigating various Council services. This is a great opportunity to build generalist knowledge about each team within the organisation, as well as be provided with in depth training in corporate systems.
