Are you an emerging leader looking to make a positive difference in family’s lives? We are seeking an inspiring Team Leader to support a thriving collaborative team of MCH Nurses providing Maternal and Child Health Services in Yarra.

The Team Leader oversees all aspects of MCH operations, with a particular focus on service collaboration and integration, and a team culture that promotes excellence and best practice. You will provide leadership to the team, supporting and promoting positive culture and driving innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
You are an experienced, qualified and caring MCH Nurse, with the ability to organise, lead, collaborate and support staff. Your background includes delivering inclusive strategies, policies and programming to enhance outcomes and provide positive access for children and families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, vulnerable families and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
