Advocacy, Engagement & Communications - Business Support Officer

Permanent Full Time (part-time will be considered)

Band 5 $72,854 - $84,685 + Super + RDO

Yarra City Council's Advocacy, Engagement & Communications division is looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and customer-focused individual to join their team.

If you are able to juggle multiple tasks, deal with the unexpected and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment then we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and vibrant team player with a focus on delivering high level customer service.  You will have experience in Microsoft Office 365 and other project management software. You will be enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated.

We are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, efficient, well-developed written and organisational skills and who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
