Digital and IT Support Officer
Permanent Full Time - 35 hours per week (Flexible)
Band 4 $64,149.55 - $69,510.89 + Super
Yarra Libraries is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Library Technology Team and play an active role in the delivery of day to day IT/Digital Support with outstanding customer service.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience in troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues in a complex multi-site ICT environment, be knowledgeable in digital technologies, be confident in providing support and training to colleagues and library customers, and enjoy working collaboratively.
This role also has a front line customer service component, which requires excellent communication skills, demonstrated customer service experience and a commitment to a supportive team environment.
