Outside School Hours Care Program Assistant

Casual $39.78 per hour (including 25% leave loading) + Super

We are searching for new assistants that have experience, enthusiasm and passion for working with children aged 5-12 in our aftercare and vacation care programs. 

City of Yarra is a diverse community, and this is reflected in the community that engage in our services. We are looking for educators that are passionate about child centered and family centered approaches to school aged education and care. Experience working with children and families with complex needs is highly desirable; as well as the ability to play and engage children in innovative programs.

Flexibility and communication are key to working in this fast paced environment as well as your ability to problem solve within the support of a team. 

Applicants must meet the qualification criteria of completed, or near completed, Diploma or Degree in studies in Education, Recreation, Children’s Service’s or Youth.
