Communications and Marketing Advisor
12 months Full Time (Flexible)
Band 5 $70,151.58 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full time hours only)
We are looking for an experienced Communications and Marketing Advisor to join our highly collaborative communications team at Yarra City Council.
In this role, you will be collaborating and supporting the team to develop and improve our social media channels, contribute to internal communications, help coordinate events and manage communication projects and campaigns. We want you to bring your digital marketing expertise to the team and be able to provide advice and insights to improve the way we engage with our community online. You will have the opportunity to experiment, collaborative and be creative!
For this role, we are looking for:
- a digitally-savvy communicator
- an experienced digital marketer - (for example: skills in social media advertising and EDMs)
- an experienced social media content writer
- someone who is passionate about all things digital communications
- an excellent project manager who can manage competing deadlines and priorities
- a team player who works well with diverse stakeholders.
