About the Role

The City of Yarra is embarking on a 3-year ERP Transformation Program to modernise services, improve organisational performance, and enhance community outcomes.

The Business Benefits & Process Lead will guide a team of Business Analysts to deliver end‑to‑end process integration, benefits realisation, and readiness for the TechnologyOne SaaS ERP implementation, into sustainment.

The role ensures that process changes are fit‑to‑standard, integrated across modules, and designed holistically through a customer‑centred and community‑value lens. This position is strategically responsible for enabling measurable benefits, supporting people‑centred change, and ensuring the program delivers improved outcomes for residents, businesses, and staff.

We’re proud to offer flexible working arrangements, strong internal development pathways, and a culture that prioritises wellbeing and connection. This is a great opportunity for a senior transformation leader ready to drive end‑to‑end process excellence and shape simple customer‑centred processes, and realise meaningful benefits, mentorship and future career progression opportunities.
