Temporary Full Time – until 05 February 2027(with flexible hours)

Band 4– $72,735.56 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full-time 38 hours per week only)

About the Role

This role plays a key part in keeping Council’s revenue operations running smoothly by ensuring property and customer records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. You will manage the Property Ownership Register and Name and Address records, administer Direct Debit applications, and ensure property accounts and rates notices are issued correctly and on time. As a customer-focused position, you will respond to revenue enquiries, promote and support use of the eRates online portal, and help customers access their information easily. Working closely with the Coordinator and Team Leader, Revenue Services, you will provide reliable administrative and operational support while contributing to efficient, high-quality service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support Revenue Services by maintaining accurate property ownership and customer records, administering rates and direct debit processes, and delivering timely, professional responses to internal and external enquiries. The role also supports digital service delivery through eRates, assists customers with online access, and provides reliable administrative and operational support to the wider Revenue Services team.
